General Summary

 

Works with the Leadership Team to implement strategic plan. Directly responsible for ensuring provision of social work care that is safe, effective, patient centered, timely, efficient, and equitable. Ensures stable accreditation and licensing process. Works with the Leadership Team to become the employer of choice by recruiting and retaining staff, training and developing staff and perfecting work systems. Maintain financial health by reducing expenses, maximizing revenue cycles, and increasing net revenues. Works with the Leadership Team to grow the business by expanding successful services and developing new services. Responsible for fulfilling our academic mission by assuming a lead position in becoming the educator of choice for psychiatry, medical and graduate level social work/psychology trainees.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 

Masters (LMSW) and two years of experience in supervising clinical care programs. Demonstrated competencies in assessment and treatment planning. Demonstrated competencies in recruitment, training and supervising of staff and developing work processes. Demonstrated competencies in administrative management including budget development, expense management, and revenue enhancement. Demonstrated competencies in development, implementation and outcome measurement of care programs.
