BestChoice is Henry Ford Health System’s internal staffing resource pool, designed to ensure there is sufficient staffing throughout our health system. BestChoice provides a proactive solution to unplanned or short-term staffing needs due to vacations, call-offs, leave of absences, increases in census or acuity. BestChoice employees are Henry Ford contingent staff and experience the same new employee screening, orientation, education, and competency standards alongside all HFHS team members.


Opportunities are available at most of our Henry Ford Health System inpatient and outpatient locations within the southeastern Michigan region. Nurses are able to float in their area of expertise and location(s) of their choice.

We are currently looking for experienced RN's - days, afternoons and midnight shifts available. 

Certification / Requirements: 


·         Minimum of 18 months of recent professional nursing experience 

·         Nursing Degree from an Accredited Institution

·         Current RN license in the State of Michigan

·         Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
