Is responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment and staffing services to Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) hiring leaders by delivering top talent. Will advance HFHS as an employer of choice across while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection and hiring process. Will interview pre-qualified top tier candidates and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. Will manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and pre-employment components involved in recruiting.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline required. A minimum of 2 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting. An expert level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, interviewing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence. Knowledge and extensive use of a server-based applicant tracking system. Ability to present recruiting concepts and reports to leadership and HR business partners. Ability to develop business cases and service requirements, while creating and managing strategic alliances. Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications. Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases. Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. Demonstrative consultative approach to recruitment and selection. WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment with minimal exposure to noise, dust, or extreme temperatures.
