Mgr- HR Systems Operations Excellence
The Human Resources (HR) Systems and Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for delivering on HR systems strategy and will oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of integrated HR systems as well as leading and overseeing operational excellence initiatives and daily activities. Manages and recommends the structure, platforms, and implementation strategies for the existing HR System and future modules and functionality. Responsible for the implementation strategies and execution of HR system solutions as well as for the successful execution of the daily operations of the HR Systems. Work closely with internal IS and vendor resources to coordinate upgrades, new/updated configuration and customizations. Maintain contact with Human Resources Executive Leadership on the development and implementation of HR systems applications and work closely with Information Technology department in identifying and solving operations and production problems. Responsibilities will include overseeing multiple projects, daily operations of the e HR department with a primary emphasis on integration, configuration and support of the following HCM applications: PeopleSoft Core HRMS suite of applications, Self Service Applications, Learning Management System, Time & Attendance System, Recruiting System, Performance Managements & Talent Planning System, Customer Relationship Management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor¿s degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Qualitative systems, or Business Management. Master¿s preferred. 5- 7 years of experience in the implementation and support of enterprise HCM solutions. Including 3-5 years in-depth experience in ERP applications with proven ability to integrate disparate systems such as Learning Management, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security systems to core HCM applications. Cross industry experience with a background in consulting is highly desirable. Experience in a supervisory role managing 4 to 8 professional resources for at least 2-3 years will be an added advantage.
